Terms of Service
Last updated 1 November 2026
Draft pending legal review.
By creating an account or using BookMeDoc you agree to these terms.
The service
BookMeDoc provides software for clinics to manage appointments, queues, prescriptions, patient records and reports. It is a tool for clinics and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
Accounts
- Provide accurate details and keep your password private. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Clinics are responsible for the staff they add and for the accuracy of the information they record.
- Clinics must hold the registrations and licences the law requires, and must have the patient's consent where required.
Acceptable use
- Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another clinic's data, or disrupt the platform.
- Do not send spam or unlawful messages through the platform.
- Do not upload unlawful content.
Messages
The platform sends service emails and, where enabled, WhatsApp messages. Patients can opt out of WhatsApp messages at any time by replying STOP.
Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. To the extent the law allows, BookMeDoc is not liable for indirect losses, and clinical decisions remain the responsibility of the treating doctor.
Ending use
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
